About The Designer's Thijori

The Designer's Thijori is a fine jewellery brand founded and operated by Bhavani Bandi. We design, craft, and sell custom and bespoke jewellery including gold, diamond, gemstone, heirloom restoration, and personalised pieces. We are registered in Telangana, India.

Use of the Website

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and place an enquiry or order.
• You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

Products & Custom Orders

All jewellery pieces displayed on this website are representative of our craft and design capability. Final pieces may vary slightly from images due to the handcrafted, bespoke nature of our work.

Custom orders are accepted subject to a design consultation and advance payment. Once a bespoke design is confirmed and production begins, cancellations may not be accepted and advance payments are non-refundable unless the item is defective. Estimated delivery timelines for custom pieces will be communicated at the time of order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, particularly due to fluctuations in gold, diamond, and gemstone market rates. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written quotation before order confirmation. We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and other methods communicated during the order process.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship jewellery across India via reputed, insured courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural events, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage during transit passes to the customer upon delivery. International shipping is available on request; all customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

• Ready-to-wear pieces may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with all documentation.
• Custom, bespoke, personalised, or engraved pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in cases of manufacturing defect.
• Repair and restoration services are subject to a separate service agreement communicated at the time of assessment.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@thedesignersthijori.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Jewellery Care & Disclaimers

Jewellery is a precious material and requires proper care. We provide care instructions with each piece. The Designer's Thijori is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear and tear after purchase. Gemstone colours and metal finishes may appear different in photographs due to lighting and screen calibration.
